***!!!***WARNING***!!!*** I have placed 2 orders with this store a year apart. 1st order was shorted but corrected. The 2nd order, which was substantially larger I had shorted items, damaged items, and items that were completely Missing. In all I was cheated by this store and Kathie over $150!!!! Kathie has given me the run around, lied, ghosted, and refused to send the products I paid for or refund my money. I am very mad! As far as I'm concerned, Kathie is a thief! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! YOU WILL BE CHEATED!!!

I've bought from here a few times now and wont shop anywhere else! They are fast, friendly and their bird products are always top notch! It doesn't hurt they have always packed a little extra surprise for me and my non feathered babies too. Thank you for being awesome!
I ordered a few things . As a first time buyer I was incredibly impressed. Not just by the quality of the items but by the incredible customer service in the shipping of it and the special treat for me! I will not buy from anyone else ever again thank you so much.
Received my first order today, I'm really impressed. It shipped really fast, no extra plastic waste, everything was well packaged. I was surprised to find extra toys for my bird were included along with some candy treats for me!

Today, I received my first order from my safe bird store. I ordered several miscellaneous toy parts in odd quantities to try with my cockatiels. I also ordered some other toys and foraging boxes etc. I have to say shipping was speedy and then they went above and beyond with the packaging.
