Awful customer service. I've been to the store a couple of times and the staff are always cold and unapproachable. I was interested in buying bike accessories but because of their attitude just ended up leaving.
What lovely, lovely people are in this bike shop. I'm only in there once every 3 or 4 years but they are always so very nice and HELPFUL! thanks for your help today Richard - you're a lifesaver!

I remember the mechanic getting upset when I walked away after I was quoted $400 for a very minor repair. He got upset that i told him my car service was cheaper than having my bike looked at. He then proceeded to tell me that its not a teenager working on my bike, its a qualified bike mechanic.....I laughed even more and walked off. Moral of the story....a bike service shouldnt cost more than a car service, especially when a car mechani undergoes a 4 yr apprenticehip.
