Repeated reports to the company about inadequacy of the AC has done nothing to save us from the 90-degree temperature we are trapped in, inside this bus.

We used My Ride for our wedding shuttles, and their service was great! We used 2 vans for the wedding party, and both showed up on time (came a few minutes early actually!) and were very helpful with loading/unloading items. We also used a large coach bus for bringing guests from hotels to the venue. The vehicles were all clean and well kept, and the drivers were personable and professional! Highly recommend if you are in need of wedding transportation.
I have emailed 3x requesting information and have not heard back EVER! Called the number on the website, not in service. Unable to talk to a live person. How does a person get schedule information or destinations or any kind of information if this place never responds and phone numbers don’t work?
