I love my ride and all driver's
Terrible! One driver in particular is absolutely vile. Cussed out my dad for showing him how to hook up my sister's wheelchair properly. The owner was asked to never send that driver back again but they did. And my sister was very upset after being dropped off. Even though she cannot communicate well she indicated affirmatively when asked if he had been saying rude comments to her during that ride.
Had to get a ride to the hospital ended up staying tell 12am and no one is well pick up or call back
I had John as a driver. I am disabled and John was not only an awesome driver but wonderful to talk with.
