Went to pick up some supplies to surprisingly see the shop has closed down. My first bike was bought from this store under the Big B brand some 45 years ago.
Went to pick up some supplies to surprisingly see the shop has closed down. My first bike was bought from this store under the Big B brand some 45 years ago.
Aidan was of great help when i came in looking to repair my back wheel. Gave me the tools needed and generously let me service it myself in the shop with no extra cost while giving me tips on how to do it(my first time servicing a bike). Even gave me a cup of water when asked. Will come again if I need anything bike related.
They recently configured group set componentry for me. They discussed options & gave me the best configuration for the ride I wanted to do. Daryl is a very good mechanic. If you want to buy a bike Daryl, Aidan & team will get something that suits your needs at the best possible price. I’ve found their follow up service great.
Lame bike shop, refused to fix tyre on my ebike because it was a hub drive. Said they don't have the tools. The tools required were 2 shifting spanners. Not helpful
