They serviced my bike in a timely fashion. More importantly though is the extra lengths Yvonne and her staff go to. My life has been super stressful and they went out of their way to help me with a piece for a helmet because they could see I was at the end of my tether. More recently Yvonne has invested a great deal of time talking to me about cycling options for my father who was an extremely passionate cyclist and can no longer ride. It's the interest and compassion that makes My Ride the cycling shop for me.
One of the craziest customer service issues I have had. •Asked for a new tyre and to check my gears. •Was told I needed to pay $400 for new gears. •Asked for just the tyre to be changed. •Refused to change the tyre unless I signed a handwritten Affidavit aggressively written on a till receipt stating I accepted potential death (Stated by attendant). •Original phone call female staff member seemed to sporadically become frustrated and would late states she had too much work and no staff. •Also was told my gears were bent over... read more
I have nothing but positive feedback for Yvonne and the team at Alice Springs My Ride. The personal service offered is exceptional and hard to come by in retail businesses these days. The help offered to get my bikes serviced or boxed up for travel and delivered to me was so appreciated. My thanks go to My Ride Alice Springs.
Very Satisfied with my repair
I phoned at 09:30 28/12/24 with my desired bike, which needed to be picked up from storage and assembled. Walked away before 12:00 with the bike. Great service and plenty of useful info. Thank you
