I met Sandra on February 11, 2026. While I had been " planning " to quit smoking a recent medical diagnosis hastened the day. I recall telling her my main concern with quitting was the nicotine withdrawals and I was hoping hypnosis would help relieve those cravings. I am quite pleased to report I am 60 days smoke free, not fighting cravings. From her unique insights and her positive inputs I HAVE NOT STRUGGLED AT ALL!
