I have had a lot of physical therapists in my life and Dr Ilana is the best one by far, that being said everyone there is awesome and I’m sure I’d have the same outcome with any of the PTs at my physio for life. I have 3 herniated discs, L4-S1, and nearly every physical therapist before basically told me to do the same movements and core stabilizing exercises that didn’t seem to help enough. Doctor Ilana was highly professional and super knowledgeable. She designed a personal workout program that helped strengthen my joints. I have tried other physical therapy locations and spent very little time with the doctor. At My Physio For Life the doctors spend a lot of one-on-one time working with the clients. I highly recommend this wellness center.
Dr. Ilana Tunca is the best physical therapist I have ever had. I didn’t think my pain could go away until I met her. She is extremely knowledgeable and every session feels thoughtful and individualized. She is patient and understanding and I know I’m in great care. I always feel supported and look forward to my sessions.
