I've done lots of physical therapy and this is my favorite spot! I had a cupping session that was amazing and so good for recovery. The staff was all so friendly and the place was very clean. 10/10 would recommend for not only injuries but preventative care!

Dr. Ilana was amazing at at helping me through my issue with achilles tendonitis in both the left and right sides. Before seeing Dr. Ilana, I struggled with increasing pain for 6 months and could no longer run. She is knowledgeable, kind, and adapted my PT exercises to my speed of healing. Within the first couple visits, I could feel progress and a lot less pain. My podiatrist recommended PT with laser therapy. My Physio for Life offered both deep tissue laser and Shock Wave therapies.
