Deplorable customer service. Felt like when I entered I was bothering them.
Friendly staff. Great service. Reasonably priced.
Friendly and helpful. I will be going back for all my pellet needs. I have a small truck, and not only did they allow me to take multiple trips, but the woman who I spoke to actually came out and helped me load for both trips I had to make. Thank you My Pellet Store! You guys are awesome!
