I have been purchasing pellets from this company for the last 5 years. I can honestly say the staff is beyond knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you in any capacity. The store also has a huge selection of bbq rubs and sauces which is a huge plus.
Excellent customer service! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We have been going there since we bought our pellet stove in the 90s. I highly recommend them!!
My husband went in about 2 weeks ago and was looking for a door gasket for our pellet stove. The woman who owns the place was very welcoming/nice. The man however was completely rude and dismissive. He offered no help and was lazy. He was also making jokes with the women and I found it inappropriate. He was very chauvinistic. Not to mention, the woman actually knew what she was talking about and it seemed like the guy was either looking for a quick sale or just didn't know himself.
