If you're centre- or left-voting, maybe find someone else to go to. Robert made denigrating comments to me about "leftists". Super odd thing to do when you're a public-facing business.
My experience was terrible with Robert and Ellen. Didn't seem to know how to do forms and filing. (You can only mail in tax returns from out of country, no e filing is done internationally) . My return was so messed up . Here it is time to file again and things are still not resolved. I do not recommend having foreign taxes done by these two . Just remember, sometimes you get what you pay for
