I started seeing Joan at what i will call a real low point in my life. Joan was fantastic and the hypnotherapy from her was life altering. Prior to seeing her i was pretty much unable to sleep unless medicated. I have since gotten off the worse of my sleep meds and have been constantly getting good nights sleeps. I loved the way she listened and was able to focus in on my issues. Still using her techniques i learned from her to this day. I cannot thank her enough or what she did for me. Thanks Dave D
