Joan was so great and helped me tackle my "bad" habits. Each session was a different and impactful experience. I highly recommend going to Joan for a life-changing experience.
Once upon a time, I ate like a pig. lol. My whole life till I was about 30/35 I had six pack abs. I always viewed myself as thin but that changed over the last few years. I’ll be 50 in December. I was skeptical when I first started to explore the benefits of hypnotherapy, but after my very first session with Joan, I knew it was exactly what I needed. Joan is warm and compassionate, and demonstrates a genuine desire to help her clients. I have found the five sessions I've had with Joan far more beneficial than the many years I have devoted to traditional talk therapy. Joan is an expert in her practice, and I will forever be grateful for the guidance, support, and healing she has provided me with.
