I first met Steve and Jean (Juice and Shootang) when I worked as an arts education grants program officer with the Kentucky Arts Council. I was immediately drawn to their energy and contagious love of the classical theatrical clown and contemporary youth circus. Their ongoing work to inspire and teach through circus artistry and physical discipline has provided a life-transforming framework for hundreds of youth in the Cincinnati/Northern KY area. I only wish I lived closer to get in on the fun!
