Waste of time, money, no peace to relax as staff are noisy and at times not paying attention to the paying client. Left feel more sore and very unsatisfied. Also, the noise from boost juice coming through the massage place sucked too. Went yesterday and today taken pain relief and feeling crap x10
Had my first remedial massage at this clinic today by Wendy. Easy enough menu and finally had a massage therapist who focused specifically on the points where I expressed I was experiencing the most discomfort.
Very poor massage, with appointment set and then making people wait 15 minutes. Further, after starting they stopped 3 times to help pther clients taking further time off the massage. Then after the massage was booked for 30 minutes finished at 25 minutes totalling around 20 minutes and billed for 30. Raised this issue and told they cannot help it as busy day and its our fault for coming on a busy day. I had a massage she started to go very hard I kept saying to go less hard and she did more hard. Did not enjoy it. Wasted my money. The first two massage was ok but the third one wasn't. I wanted her to stop so I could leave but embarrassed too. Apologies for doing hard cause that's what she thought I said. When leaving I said it was good cause I felt embarrassed to say anything else and she was laughing. Not sure if you can get refunds but I am not going back.
Absolutely awesome, I feel 1000% better after my 30 minute neck and shoulder massage. Lovely lady, clean space and the most comfy chair. I will definitely be back, thank you so much!
