I booked a 90-minute massage and the massage itself was great. She did a wonderful job and clearly has strong skills as a massage therapist. Unfortunately, the overall experience made it difficult to fully relax. The tech arrived a little over 10 minutes late, with no apology, which I was willing to overlook since I was there for a relaxing massage. Once the massage began, the environment was very disruptive. Garrett is an excellent massage therapist. He has helped me with the mobility issues and pain I’ve been dealing with for YEARS. I have fibromyalgia. My neck & back are a huge problem for me, as well as my legs and feet. I also have carpal tunnel. It’s a long list but he does an amazing job addressing all my issues. He’s kind and professional. Jennifer Rich epitomizes what a Therapeutic Massage Therapist should be. Each session begins with her really listening to me explain the areas I need treated (IT band, Piriformis muscle, arthritis in shoulder, carpal tunnel, etc.) She makes sure I'm comfortable on the massage table with the heat settings, height and essential oils. This place has really gone down hill since Lee is no longer the owner.I was a customer who witnessed Jennifer cursing out an employee in front of other clients on April 10 2025. Great place. Ian does a wonderful job. They are very accommodating to my schedule. Only place that I can get an appointment after work hours. I always leave feeling better than I came in. I have experienced a definite change in my motivation to reach my physical goals now that I have a bit less pain.
