Since the start of this year I have been getting regular remedial massage to alleviate the effects stress and trauma. The difference has been amazing. Now I rarely get migraines, and am able to work without pain, and I am sleeping better. Tim is a very skilled and intuitive massage therapist, who responds to any tension and knots as he works. I've recommended My Massage Bayside to my adult children, and brought my daughter-in-law here to have a pregnancy massage. Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend.
I’m six months pregnant, and I’ve been needing a good massage, I had Hayley from my massage, and she was so attentive to my body posture and making sure I was comfortable and had the right pillows in the right area, so make sure my body position was correct in order to receive a proper pregnancy massage, she leased a lot of tension in my lower back, and was so intuitive to where to apply pressure and take abit more time to massage.
