Don’t expect them to return a phone call or an email. I tried setting up an appointment weeks ago. Countless emails and phone calls to them and not one response. A children’s lemonade stand has better customer service than these people.
I want to thank Milayna from scheduling department and her team for helping my daughter and with my questions. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this facility. great wonderful staff, on point.

Please stay away from this place. They are constantly canceling appointments even 30 min before your appointment however, if you can’t make it or have an emergency you have to let them know 24 hours before. They want you to be understanding on their late notice however are not very understanding of the kids. They are not organized, please take your child to a professional organized facility.
