Called and spoke to someone about some legal help we needed. Was asked to email a certain person within the company. Did so and had no reply. Emailed again. No reply. Called again and they didn’t answer. Left a message on their answering system asking for a call back and just asked for a call to let me know if they can help or not. Nothing. Very unprofessional and I’ll take my business elsewhere.
AVOID AT ALL COST! I read the bad reviews, but unfortunately I thought it wouldn't happen to me, it took the company 3 months only to tell me that they cannot manage the work load and have dropped my case, 3 months of being strung along cost me the purchase of my property. They also tried to refund me less than I initially paid after all of that for an "admin fee" this firm is so unorganised and cheeky that you just have to find it funny at this point. I had some legal enquiries I need support with and Sunidhi was a great help answering all my questions.
Had some trouble getting my head around some complicated matters, Sunidhi was amazing, took me through the steps and explained everything along the way, offered further explanation when I asked. 5 stars would definitely recommend.
When it comes to legal matters and seeking help I think we can all be apprehensive maybe even lethargic of the idea. However SUNIDHI was amazing. She very kind and answered every question I had and the last thing it felt like was a chore or that feeling of apprehension. She was amazing and now I know where to go with all my legal matters.
