We ordered a crib and a conversion kit for our granddaughter. When we picked the crib up they told us the conversion kit was back ordered but not to worry because we wouldn't need it for a while with a chuckle. Well 8 months later when we called to see it the kit finally came in we found out that they went out of business! No phone call, didn't get out money back, no explanation, NOTHING!

Horrible experience that needs to told So my wife and I visited the store in May 2009. We were pleased with the selection and the pleasant and helpful salesperson. We decided on a bunk bed, paid in full, and paid for delivery service of $50. We were told that we would receive shipment in 2 or 3 weeks. To our surprise, we received a phone call to arrange delivery a few days earlier than expected. They offered to bring the bed on a day that we were both unavailable.
