James is the best at what he does. He's kept my phones alive much longer than they would've made it without his AMAZING service and knowledge of these iPhones. He's worked on my 6 my 7 my 8 and now my 12. I still use my 7 and my 8 via wifi all these years later to stream music and social media. He's always my first call if the iPhone is acting up. Man what can I say. It's not my first time going to James for an iPhone fix, but I just had to leave this review after all the times he has helped me out. He is the coolest chillest dude ever who is super super knowledgable when it comes to Apple products. I gave him my phone to work on, sat down to watch a little TV and all of a sudden I hear him call to me saying he was finished, literally like less than 15 minutes.
