Amazing customer service, always answers quickly to messages and is always there to help. My orders were always shipped the day of and received them the following day (shipping to QC). Great selection of products and even asked to have something ordered specifically for me and he was able to help out. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from MyHookahCanada! I wanted a high end setup with four hoses, and they helped me every step of the way over WhatsApp—super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped me built my cart hand picking out everything and threw in the hoses and mouthpieces I forgot to add, free of charge. They went above and beyond! The hookah arrived on time and looks absolutely stunning—best one I’ve ever owned. I’m now a lifelong customer. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience, I drove 2h from Qc to go there because I wanted choice and I wasnt disappointed. Fadi was really nice to me and helped me from beginning to end on buying my first hookah and accessories. I was looking for an Aladin hookah and as far as I know they had the best selection in canada. If like me your looking for your first hookah and don’t know where to start, go there and ask for Fadi.
