I can’t say enough great things about this entire outfit(two wonderful ladies). If for any reason you need a hearing check or if you need hearing aids, come to My Hearing Doctor. Dr. Sloan and Beth are so personable, knowledgeable, and excited to help. I enjoyed this experience and am beyond happy to deal with and work with them for the remainder of my hearing journey.
This was our 2nd visit to see Dr. Jenkins. The first was to do the testing for hearing aids for my 90 yo dad. That was a great visit. Today we went to pick up the aids. She was very professional and compassionate with the entire experience. Her receptionist, Beth, is awesome. She is very personable! I highly recommend My Hearing Doctor.
I enjoyed the visit from speaking to Beth before the appointment to the end of the appointment with Dr. Jenkins. They were both great listening to me run my mouth and answering all my questions. Dr. Jenkins was able to answer questions that I had had for years, along with educating me. She was not rushing me out and was so kind. Friendly and professional. While displaying high professional standards they feel like I’m being treated like family. Dr. Jenkins is very attentive to detail and her office manager Beth maintains a helpful and pleasant office visit. They were recommended to me by two different sources and I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with their hearing. Thank you Dr. Jenkins and Beth. The improvement of the quality of my life is much appreciated.
