Eric is always a big help when I have questions. The rubber inserts were giving me problems. Eric changed the size. Fixed the problem.
I just walked in without an appointment because my left hearing aid wasn’t working Eric was able to fix it while I was there. Fast, and friendly!
We liked Gavin much better than Al. He was very pleasant to talk to and listened to my concerns. Still think checks and cleaning should be included in the cost of buying the aids!
My experience at my hearing centers was amazing, the gentlemen there are so kind. Appointments run on time. The audiologist is very knowledgeable with 22 plus years experience. The hearing AIDS are comfortable and Barely visible. At this point I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the all around experience that I had. I was just back in for my second hearing test and cleaning of my hearing aids and met the new doctor working there. My experience is just as good as it was the first time.
