Excellence in staff and ease in getting appointments and for service on the hearing aids. My mother was in need of something new to help with her hearing disability. Eric and Gavin at this center in Missoula, have been nothing but excellent and so amazing. They both are very understanding of our time constraints that being an hour and a half away from their office, and that , without the hearing aids , it is very , very difficult for my mother to have a good understanding of things around her. Got a new pair and are awesome
I was very pleased with the reprogramming of my hearing aids. The staff was kind, thorough, professional and very capable.
Eric was so helpful in dealing with my mom's Starkey hearing aids. She was visiting me when her right hearing aid failed to charge. Even though she wasn't a patient and purchased her hearing aids elsewhere, Eric was able to troubleshoot and send them to Starkey for repair. He answered all my questions with kindness and knowledge. I highly recommend their services!
