Took my mom in to get hearing aids first time. Ally (allie) was very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. TJ was very friendly, understanding and caring. Wanted to make sure that my mom understood everything. Once she got the hearing aids into her ears she was excited, she could hear again. I would recommend that you go there. Everyone made sure that you well taken care of. I wish I could give more stars, that is how excellent they are.
Good experience, TJ and Alley are very friendly and professional. I'm very satisfied with the product and the service. Update: Had a follow-up appointment 5/2/2024, was seen before my appointment time, no waiting. Great service as usual! UPDATE 8/3--Had an appointment 8/1, nothing has changed; same prompt and friendly service, and the hearing aids are working well. Highly recommend this provider! UPDATE 2/9/2025, recent appointment went well, product still working well, service friendly and quick as always. Grade A+
I've used hearing aids for almost 45 years. These are the worst aids I have ever owned. I was told they were blue tooh and will work with my smart phone. T.J. said he programmed them to work on my phone. "Just answer the phone normally, it is automatic". After Ileft, I received a call, they did not work on my smart phone, which is why I purchased them. The cones were too small, T.J. said they don't make bigger ones.
