Todd Olson is very well at his job. He fixed me up right the first time and i have no regrets. Excellent quality. Great job Todd and Nancy. Thank you
Very friendly as well as professional. I had a problem and they solved it over the phone and did not act like it was an inconvenience. Have never felt like I was just a number.
Todd and Nancy provide excellent service and answered all of my questions. Once I received my hearing aids I needed an adjustment. Todd received my message (on a Saturday afternoon) and fixed my issue within 20 minutes. Pretty impressed!
