The audiologist understands my hearing problems. He was professional and friendly. I believe he sincerely wants to solve my issues.
Staff and Doctor were very accommodating with scheduling and follow up. Pleasantly professional and friendly.
One of my hearing aids stopped working entirely. Without it, I couldn’t hear almost all of a meeting. I was in. Fortunately Jenne Responded promptly and without an appointment I could see her within an hour. She replaced a part of the hearing aid and it works again and ordered another part. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
Jan ét at the hearing center is so thoughtful and nice. I felt so good about my visit my mood was lifted. Their office is clean, calming and pleasant. I’m so glad they have located here. It’s so convenient.
