Experienced, patient, friendly, and dedicated to improving my hearing.
Beware of deception! I was told free hearing test is only free if you order hearing aids otherwise $100.00. My appointment was 3:30 I waited until 4:05 then was told my wait would be another 15 minutes or so. I thanked front desk and left.
I will no longer be going to your facility. It seems the company is more interested in selling me a new different brand hearing than trying to deal with my two-year old aid. I had custom molds made and the provider didn’t even program them to see if they improved my hearing.

My right hearing aid keeps turning off and the customer earpiece on the right is very difficult to put in my ear uy nlike the left that goes in easily. I am back to wearing my $400 hearing aids that always have worked perfectly for almost two years until I can get an appointment to resolve the problem with the right hearing aid and get the correct color I ordered.
