Told that breathing into a paper bag was a proven method for anxiety, when I tried to explain that is not for me and that sharing me anxiety with my community is something id rather not do I was told I could go and see somebody else.
If you ever need a good phisio- that’s the one to go! Dr. Pia is very gentle, well educated, extremely skilled and just a super kind person. I was suffering from tennis elbow for months, nothing seems to help and she fixed it in 3 weeks
