I called the general line and left several voicemails over 4 days. I did not get a single call back. I was finally able to reach a representative on the 5th day of trying. “Medical Assistant” Antoinette answered and she wasn’t helpful in the slightest. She was extremely rude and refused to provide her managers information when asked. I'm getting older. I want to start taking my health more seriously, but it's hard when the practitioners just give up on you. So you had a hard time hitting a vein, big deal. Try again? Nope. What's the point in rescheduling? So you can keep missing and make come back, and back, and back? Hey, I'm breathing. I must be fine. I'll keep being fine. Thanks for... nothing.
