The entire experience, from entry to exit is designed to relax the mind, body, and spirit. Soft, muted lighting from the front door to the therapy room. Calming background music. Table with adjustable heat to your preference. I never know whether to talk or stay quiet or a little bit of both and Charity makes you comfortable either way. Massages are excellent, just the right amount of pressure and focus on areas of concern. Always looking forward to the next visit.
I had such a great session with Katie! The massage allowed me to relax while the energy healing allowed me to recharge physically and mentally. Katie was able to help me work through some energy blocks and figure out ways I can focus on taking care of my energy & stay grounded. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been coming to My Happy Place for years! I've met with several of the massage therapists over time and have been routinely seeing Julia now twice a month. Julia & the team are so warm and welcoming, and they truly are masters of their craft. I'll tell Julia about an area thats bothering me and she will figure out the source and provide immediate relief. Seeing her is like seeing a good friend! I look forward to my sessions and recommend this business any chance that I get.
