Julia is amazing and super attentive! Helped make my first ever massage comfortable.
Fantastic place, very quiet and serene inside. With out a doubt Caitlin is the only person I will work with. She is beyond amazing, perfect amount of pressure while navigating the body to free up energy flow and tension in muscles and releasing the stress the body carries. From start to finish she is the one you should work with.
The entire experience, from entry to exit is designed to relax the mind, body, and spirit. Soft, muted lighting from the front door to the therapy room. Calming background music. Table with adjustable heat to your preference. I never know whether to talk or stay quiet or a little bit of both and Charity makes you comfortable either way. Massages are excellent, just the right amount of pressure and focus on areas of concern. Always looking forward to the next visit.
I had such a great session with Katie! The massage allowed me to relax while the energy healing allowed me to recharge physically and mentally. Katie was able to help me work through some energy blocks and figure out ways I can focus on taking care of my energy & stay grounded. Can’t wait to go back!
