This organisation has expanded significantly, leading to a decline in the quality of its services. Since we joined this company, we have experienced poor communication, inconsistent staff availability, frequent scheduling issues, rude employees, and a lack of follow-up on feedback. The quality of personnel employed by My Guardian has deteriorated considerably. Regrettably, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Have been using My Guardian for the last 8 months. The staff are great, caring and very helpful . The coordinators are always keeping in contact with any requirements. Highly recommend
