We've been with My Guardian from the beginning of my mother's Aged Care journey. The application process was simple and they were more than happy to answer any questions we had. Any issues that arise are resolved quickly and all the staff that we have personally been involved with have always gone above and beyond. Our current case worker Waael is great. Having only recently chosen My Guardian as a Care Provider the process has been amazing. We have received fast, efficient communication & every person in the management team has very understanding of our needs & we have received several calls to ensure everything is ok. My husband & I count ourselves very fortunate to have chosen My Guardian as our Aged Care Provider The services provided are monitored by Diana, our Case Manager. Diana checks in on a regular basis to ensure our needs are being met Everyone is kind, caring, ready to listen & very professional. Isabelle & Julia are helpful, supportive & very quick to respond. I can’t speak highly enough of Wael from My Guardian. He is not only thorough and efficient in everything he does, but also one of the friendliest and most caring support workers I have met in the aged care industry. I reached out to My Guardian only a couple of days ago, and Simran who has been assigned to be my mother’s case manager has been amazing! So very helpful, prompt, caring, friendly, professional… I couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service she has provided. I now feel so confident that my mum will get all the care she needs, because Simran and My Guardian work hard to help all these families including my own. Thank you so much Simran!
