Avoid this place at all costs! I had such a bad experience and really rude service. With so many other alternatives in Tucson, there's no reason to settle for this business. After a week of visiting the store daily and wasting hours of my time and $100's, my phone is still broken and I'm really frustrated and upset by the extremely rude service I received. The owner Q is really sexist and threatening and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. He actually broke my phone even further before returning it. Very dishonest.
