Craig was nice to deal with. Unfortunately, what was meant to be an afternoon delivery arrived well into the evening when everyone had gone to bed. The strangest things I have ever seen in customer service. Sounds like someone is missing some common sense to reschedule the delivery to the next morning. Also received several calls, texts and emails to discern where payment was before the product had even been delivered. Seems a bit unorganised overall. Sorry guys but I'd be reassessing your processes a bit.

I ordered a bed frame and side tables while moving house, and I adore them! They arrived within a good timeframe, and they fit into the space perfectly. The whole process was great, I highly recommend. Thank youu

I originally bought a gas lift bed and was really happy with all the communication, delivery and the price is very competitive. Quality product (this is 4 years later). I recently had to call to ask for a copy of the instructions/assembly manual and they guy was incredibly helpful. It was a bit of a time-consuming process for him, but he did it and was really nice about it. Really appreciated. Service has been tops all the way through.

Very friendly staff to offer assistance if there is nothing available onthe website. We were offered other options and got what we needed for a reasonable price. Recommend this store

I had such a good experience with this store and with the rep that any time I want to buy any furniture at all I look there first. Best price, highest quality. Cannot be happier.
