Friendly and professional - met all of our needs for a desk and robe. Customised the colours and features. Great! However I’ve had to deduct two stars from my original review. After submitting it I contacted My Furniture Store to point out that one of the wardrobe doors had been hung on a slight angle. The response was that it was probably my floor. What?

AVOID PEOPLE!!!! this is the worst business I have ever encountered!! I ordered a bed frame in 2022 for over $3500, and it took 6 months to even arrive. When it did it was broken and I tried to get in contact to get a replacement or refund and I'd been ignored. I'd called and called, emailed and emailed with no success. I was told many times when I finally made contact they'd ordered a new one which never happened. So I wanted a refund. Was told it was the shipping company's fault and they'd have to refund me... but the ship... read more

Craig was nice to deal with. Unfortunately, what was meant to be an afternoon delivery arrived well into the evening when everyone had gone to bed. The strangest things I have ever seen in customer service. Sounds like someone is missing some common sense to reschedule the delivery to the next morning. Also received several calls, texts and emails to discern where payment was before the product had even been delivered. Seems a bit unorganised overall. Sorry guys but I'd be reassessing your processes a bit.

I ordered a bed frame and side tables while moving house, and I adore them! They arrived within a good timeframe, and they fit into the space perfectly. The whole process was great, I highly recommend. Thank youu

I originally bought a gas lift bed and was really happy with all the communication, delivery and the price is very competitive. Quality product (this is 4 years later). I recently had to call to ask for a copy of the instructions/assembly manual and they guy was incredibly helpful. It was a bit of a time-consuming process for him, but he did it and was really nice about it. Really appreciated. Service has been tops all the way through.
