The owners and individuals working at My Franchise CPA's are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Allowed me to understand the process of filing for my newly acquired business and also my spouses filings. Also explained what to expect in the future with any changes to the business. Highly recommend.
Don't get involved with this company if you're a small business owner. We signed up for monthly bookkeeping services on Jan 13 and had to prepay our first month's cost plus a one time setup fee, which is understandable, but at the time of writing this (March 22nd) we still have not been onboarded. We still are being billed once a month (we have now been charged for 3 months of bookkeeping) despite not receiving any services. No one answers the phone numbers provided or replies to emails.
