The review is supposed to be about My Floating Bar not about a Public beach. They have small children that like the beach also. The product is awesome when it is really hot. It's great for adults and children. Kids love to climb on it and when there is a canopy up it keeps them out of the sun. This can be used anywhere at a lake a pond or your back yard swimming pool. They need to stay away from Smith's bay beach,the r ruining it and most everyone wants them gone get out totally
