We stopped by to look at eBikes and Michele was exceptional! She is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and so helpful. You can tell she really loves to help people choose the best eBike for their needs. Michele let us try a few eBikes out, and take them for a long ride, to make our decision. She said to let her know when we were ready to make a decision and she would order them right away. We felt no pressure at all.
