Michele was very courteous and helpful. My wife and I went in looking for a 3 wheeler and she steered us to the Addmotor Freetan M-368X. She didn’t have any in the store and ordered one for us to test out. My wife has mobility issues and the Freetan is the perfect cycle for her. We have enjoyed it immensely.

I was planning to purchase an XP4 750w and stopped in to test ride one. I got the chance to try it out and got a few questions answered. Having the bike assembled and inspected by MyExtremeBike provided peace of mind because when there are manufacturing issues (as I experienced before using MyExtremeBike) it will take time to resolve. I'd recommend them to anyone who asks where to go for a Lectric bike.
