Today I saw Marivela for a lymphatic massage and a facial. At the end of the service she asked me if I have any questions and all I asked was “Are you retiring?” We both laughed and she said no. Marivela is professional and knowledgeable. During the facial, she communicates when “the not-so-fun part” begins. She distracts by asking questions, and I love that.
