I cant believe this place is still in business. Even after a permanant injunction by the state of ******** stop.
a year ago I was referred by someone to use this company since I'm a public school teacher and can use the forgiveness program. I should have listened to my gut when I started becoming unsure and anxious. However, ***** assured me that FedLoan reps will say anything to scare people because they know they won't get as much money when customers use My Education Solutions because MES makes payments much lower. After a recent review of my PSLF payments I found out there were 11 payments made outside of the payment window that will not counts towards my 120 payments. I have requested an audit of my account several times. I have emailed inquiring about the late payments and have yet to see a response.
