We had three jobs done and all three jobs had to be redone completely by different contractors at a significant cost. The areas from the roof that needed to be done have nothing to do the additional work, if the roof can’t stand walking on it, it probably doesn’t stand a chance against the elements. 🤷♀️ Photo is from the area that was “fixed”.
I called Erik on Nee Year’s Eve and he responded immediately. I had guests at my home and there was a problem with the water heater. Erik came out on Nee Year’s Day and evaluated the problem. He came back the next day and spent the entire Day fixing the issue that was complicated by another handyman. Erik was professional, responsive and respectful to the home and the guests.
