We have used this credit union for over 30 years. The personal service you receive is a plus; makes you feel like you belong and you are at home. The fees are reasonable and there are so many pluses with this credit union. However, they are merging with another credit union and taking on their name, so soon, there will be no more "My Credit Union' and it will be Texas Trust."
My father had an account here and passed away. It took 3 years to get his money out. They made it very difficult and had no empathy. They treated me like I was trying to scam them when I had death certificates and a will and letters from the government. Their whole system and mentality is old school so if you like that go ahead and bank with them. Make sure you dont die!
I have been a member since the early 90’s, I have watched this Credit Union travel through many transitions and have done business with some wonderful people and I have made them my home for all my loans and banking needs.

I appreciate Jessica Estrada who helped me refinanced my high interest auto loan, she was very knowledgable and friendly. She taught me a lot about financing and made the process quick and easy! I highly recommend.
