First appointment pleasant surroundings, Sammy very patient and very helpful asking the relevant questions treatment included Acupuncture first time and absolutely no pain Sammy also emailed me questions to ask doctor ,looking forward to next appointment
Attended my first ever Yoga class with Patricia and it was absolutely fantastic! Both me and my friend felt extremely comfortable and at ease the whole time. Patricia was a brilliant teacher - we will definitely be back
I cannot thank Sammy, Hannah, Kay and Geraldine enough, I’d been struggling with arthritis pain in my neck and hands for quite a while. I literally could have cried when I’d had my 1st appointment, such great care was taken with me, from the ease of booking my appointment to attending. I was a little sceptical about having acupuncture but I was proved so very wrong. I attended the clinic as I had somehow developed sciatica. After a one hour appointment I had improved quite a bit. I have been doing the physio exercises which I was provided with and after 4 days I've felt a big improvement. Thanks to Hannah and the clinic I'm nearly back to normal again. I would highly recommend My Core Wellbeing.
MyCoreWellbeing is a truly wonderful place. Every time I return from Australia, I head to MyCore for some nurturing, wonderful yoga classes and massages. Sammy and her team are fabulous, creating a healing sanctuary in the heart of Guisborough.
