TERRIBLE! DO NOT GET A SECURED CREDIT CARD FROM THIS PLACE! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT! MY SECURED CARD HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR OVER A WEEK NOW AND THEY STILL WONT REFUND THE DEPOSIT. DONT BOTHER CALLING, CALL CENTER IS IN INDIA!
Opening an account here was the worst business experience I have ever had to date. Despite family members banking here, I whole heartedly cannot recommend this credit union. I’ve been with this bank for over 10 yrs , and last week went in to deposit a check at the Louisiana branch no one in parking lot , no customers in lobby I walked in and had one teller on counter and three in drive through, the counter teller said nothing and had put out her sign other window please but no one was at another window , she was whispering to the 3 in the drive through and finally one came to lobby counter and helped me !
