UPDATE 04/15/25 I received a notification today my card ( replacement card from last hacking incident on Christmas Day) had 2 transactions in Japan & 1 in Germany ($705.00)the only reason it wasn't processed is the funds weren't there. I have 1 more auto draft to complete transfer to my new bank. & my accounts will be closed. MCFCU really needs to look at their security systems. Never can get a hold of anyone locks account with no notification
I don’t have a issue with the bank itself, my issue is with customer service. Speaking to them is like pulling teeth. You have to mentally prepare yourself to not be helped with simple issues. I got a message for fraud and was prompted to call a number. I call the number and I waited to speak to someone for 21 minutes and never spoke to anyone so I hung up. I call the number on the back of my card, waited another 10 minutes and speak to someone and then I got transferred to fraud directly. Some girl answers and just tells me... read more
If you enjoy getting your card and your account hacked this is the credit union for you. 4 times in 1 calender year, even on a card that was issued but not activated yet. If you call & want to talk to somebody locally but your call gets transferred to Michigan this is the credit union for you. if you want to transfer funds to any other financial Institution, want to use Zelle, you can't.
