Seriously, completely closed on Saturday?! I will be taking my business elsewhere as this credit union has awful hours and is difficult to work with. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.
Very deceptive business practices. I was charged overdraft fees when sufficient funds were in the bank. This place constantly switches dates and the order of your transactions so they can charge overdraft fees.You also get nowhere with these people trying to resolve issues. They have an excuse for everything so I have filed multiple complaints with Consumer Protection. I was a customer here for years but took my business elsewhere. You’d be wise to do the same.
I was at this bank for 30 mins and only one car moved. I’ve seen snails move faster than this bank!
I would give 0 stars if possible. They used to treat members like they were important. Now everyone is just a number and a way to generate bank fees. Avoid them.
