Applied for a loan a couple of weeks ago let me tell you I never had service like I did with Mr Justin I applied for a loan Friday afternoon and let me tell you he made this loan process so dang easy and quick if we can give him a high five shout on the facebook page it would be greatly appreciated people like Mr Justin come around once so often I will remember this for sure MCCU he have a heck of an FSR!! Not off to a great start with this credit union and their auto loan process. Everything feels very dated and unnecessarily slow. - To make a payment online, you must also have a checking or savings account with them. - I never received any loan information or welcome packet in the mail. - When they called me, they never left a voicemail! (Like most people, I don't answer unknown numbers, but I would have happily called back if they had simply left a message identifying themselves.)
