I stopped by today after opening a new account because I had been told by a representative over the phone that I could visit any branch to receive my debit card, fund my account, and order checks. However, when I arrived, the teller, Alfredo, informed me that I would have to wait seven days for my debit card, which was completely different from what I had been told. Sarah H. And Alfredo at the branch in Allen (My Community Credit Union) gave me incredible service! They both tagged team to get me the answers I needed and made calls to customer service while I was at the bank going above and beyond my expectations. They provided me with the answers I needed and great customer service! I got to say we need more people like them in the world because I step in the bank and it made me forget about my worries they were so helpful. Pay them a nice fat bonus please!
