Literally the worse customer service I have ever dealt with at a financial institution. My mother and I had been joint owners on accounts since 2000 when it was Midland Community CU. Neither of us have lived in Midland since 2002. They had zero issues dealing with accounts over the phone and taking our money for the last 25 years. But once we wanted to get the money out, they wanted me to bring my bedbound mother into a physical location to withdraw and close the accounts. My wife and I applied for a consolidation loan to pay off some credit card debt. The loan officer, Shirin, was extremely helpful in helping us to accomplish and finalize our loan. Thanks a lot and great job!
