THEY MAKE YOU PAY A PENALTY IF YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT (Hour wait just to be told we have to come back), client services teller with the BBL and implants ate the entire time without helping anyone and played on her phone even with the long line waiting, we were told we have to come back because the other client services teller didn’t want to have to call it in. When approached by the teller she said “why are you here”. CHASE BANK would never act like this or have the same hidden fees.
