Super disappointing. I found this place when my friend, a Vancouver small business owner was looking for a bookkeeper. The 5 star reviews were enticing. I finally convinced him to call these people. Someone took his name and number and promised a call back. No call was ever received. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I’m embarrassed that I worked for 3 months to get him to reach out then he gets nothing. I can’t imagine what legitimate business would ignore a potential customer this way.
