I dislike leaving negative reviews, but bookkeeping is important for a business. So...here it goes: A family member used QBO and My Business Partner was their bookkeeper. I was asked to help with the books after a staffing change (I have been a bookkeeper for 25+ years) and noticed some oddities. The more I dug, the more errors I found. QBO Audit Trail showed that the entries were done by MBP. So impressed with the professionalism, great service, timely replies, excellent communication, and personal touch that Brad and the team provide. I feel very fortunate to have encountered them when looking for a bookkeeper and cannot recommend them enough. This is old fashioned five star customer service.
Super disappointing. I found this place when my friend, a Vancouver small business owner was looking for a bookkeeper. The 5 star reviews were enticing. I finally convinced him to call these people. Someone took his name and number and promised a call back. No call was ever received. It’s been almost 2 weeks.
