Shannon was amazing I came in with a very big fear of swimming and water Shannon took the time to get to know me and my fear and sat with me for awhile doing techniques, she also taught me strategies to help calm my anxiety in my mind and I was actually able to swim for the first time in my life ! A huge accomplishment!
