Signed up my business and personal taxes to be completed by this company. Took money right away. Sent papers over that they requested, after a couple weeks of silence, I got an email asking for more money. No work had been completed yet. Went and had taxes done elsewhere. Still trying to get my money back. They won't respond to emails but want to do everything over the phone. I want it in writing. Please stay away.
We've used their services for several months now. They are an exceptional team and do an excellent job of managing our books, taxes, and payroll at a very reasonable cost!
