I had an appointment with Sibel, she was so knowledgeable and explained everything so well, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin felt absolutely amazing afterwards. I Highly recommend Sibel she is super friendly, professional and clearly knows her stuff!

*Update: 18 days later and I still had not received the refund. Had to dispute the charge with my bank* I paid a refundable deposit for a treatment that I decided not to proceed with. When I requested my refund, I wasn't provided with any proof that it had been processed. I was told it had been done online, without any receipt or confirmation.
