Very disappointing experience. Travelled all the way from Ballarat for my first appointment and arrived just 5 minutes late because the clinic was difficult to find. They refused to see me and rescheduled me for another 2 hours later. The staff try to appear professional, but my experience was anything but professional. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
