I went in with a neck injury thinking I’d have to go in every week for a while before it cleared up. Mina had me feeling world’s better just after the first session. His care and passion really show in his work. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Full works for anything muscle bones or joints, all the staff are fantastic.
I’ve been seeing Grace for the last 8 months for remedial massage while training for half marathons and my first full one highly recommend I doubt I would of been able to make it to race day without
I had my first ever lymphatic massage with Grace. Grace was lovely and accommodating to what I wanted. The only thing I would recommend is decreasing the noise in the corridor/outside the massage rooms- it was a little bit distracting but I managed to zone out an enjoy my massage and left feeling quite relaxed.
Mina is amazing! Highly recommend
