Don't expect the 2 week "hold" option to be "Guaranteed" like they say. My daughter was so stoked to have found a prom dress she liked in the Orchards store last week. Returned to pick it up for her this afternoon and they couldn't "Find it", and the young lady at the desk said they must have sold it... Point being, don't expect them, to hold an item for you like they say they will. Luckily we found another dress around the corner.
After calling a number of resale stores about selling some clothes and being told they weren’t buying right now due to a season change, I took a 35 minute drive to My Best Friend’s Closet because their recording said that they take all seasons all the time. NOPE! Apparently they’re too full, but I could come back the 1st of March (just 4 days away!). I’m SO FRUSTRATED and will never sell or buy clothing here ever again.
