My Best Friend's Closet is a fun second-hand consignment shop that I visited with my sister, and we ended up browsing the entire store. They have a surprisingly large selection, and overall, the quality of the clothing is really good. I found a sweater that I am absolutely obsessed with. I’m familiar with the buying experience as I had done it before, but today I never received the text that Angie promised. I came in, looked around after the half hour she told me it would take and she became weirdly defensive when I asked to have my stuff back after an hour. I needed to go and I said I would come back another day. I’m not sure if she thought I couldn’t see or hear and she was so rude talking to other associates when I said I never got a text and would just take the things back for the time being. I went to sell my clothes, and the worker (likely a high school student) was on her phone the whole time. Her cell phone is not the store phone. And she told me I would need to come back in about an hour or 2 but would prefer me to just come back tomorrow...so rude and just not a good employee. Same issues and...why are yiu guys selling a king soopers fanny pack for $16 :|

I would not go here. They pay nothing for your items and be cautious when touching or trying on clothes. I walked out of the store with red hands. My hands were so itchy from the dirt. I made a second trip here. Why are the clothes so dirty?
